Munnar the most popular Hill Station in Kerala

Recreation and night-life are almost non-existent in Munnar. Nightlife is 'taboo' in this culture here, and most of the locals are Estate workers who need a good night doze to keep up with the early morning work. It is a hill town, and the visitors are primarily day-boarders who enjoy the salubrious weather in the surroundings and snug off early in their hotel beds. In fact, it would be difficult to get decent food in the Munnar town past 800 pm if you are not eating at your Resort/hotel.
